South Camp Cabana,
Finger Lakes Region NY

Completed as a second phase of the property, these final two outbuildings complete this lakeside retreat that also includes a new main house and renovated guest camp cottage.

The cabana is a cliff side hide away that perches sixty feet above the lake and services the dock and waterfront areas of the property. The cozy four season space is often used for sunset summer cocktails, fall fires, football watching and overflow guests. The jewel box is get away with stunning views of the lake from the cliff’s edge. The cabana contains living/lounge area, kitchen, and bath. The interior offers textured and rustic materials applied in a refined manner that encourages hanging out and relaxing. The space leads to an outdoor shower, patio with wood firepit and warm string lights that draws family and guests from all over the property at the end of the day.

The nearby fishing shed was slated for removal but was repurposed as a quant and inspired home office and future camp bunk house.
